We are a group of small farmers trying to bring the best out of the village culture to cities, such as the food we eat ourselves. The food a farm grows for selling is different from what he grows for his own family. The one which is to be sold to market has much more pesticides, urea and DAP content which bring very critical diseases like heart attack, back pain, knee pain, joints pain, sugar, BP..... the list is non-ending in short we can understand that these crops are responsible for reducing human life 20-40 years. It is not the farmer's fault also as they lack knowledge and to improve productivity they increase the quantity of these fertilizers and pesticides. But we consider everyone to be part of our family thus we bring the crop which has minimal use of urea, DAP, or pesticides.

Our main aim is to turn organic but the truth is the organic crop can’t be grown in a single span it takes a minimum of 3 up to a maximum of 5 years to turn an inorganic field into organic. Inorganic is the one that uses unnatural fertilizers and pesticides and organic is the one that uses natural animal waste, human waste, or bio waste(waste from plants and crops).

The problem with organic is not time but productivity. When we try to turn organic our crop yield falls up to 60% which is less than half of the production which has a risk of starvation in the country. So we can not go organic together, we will be switching step by step.
It is not that productive of organic land or organic fertilizer is less than the inorganic one. It is just 2-3 years when the land is changing from inorganic to organic. Once the land turns 100% organic it retains its moisture and all the earthworms return to the field making the soil more productive than inorganic land. That’s the power of organic and it’s not limited to productivity only, it increases the human life span up to beyond 100 years and gives a disease-free happy life. No arthritis, no BP, no cholesterol, no sugar no kind of pain at all till you die.

Big companies claim their product to be 100% organic but they are not 100% organic as they get certification for some piece of land to be organic but their complete growing land is not organic. They use that certification for all the products that are not even grown on organic land. We don’t want to cheat our customers so we say the truth of not being 100% organic but partially. We will be launching our organic product range too but it has some time to come up. Until then we are providing less inorganic fertilizer-produced crops.

We are also trying to bring in the old Vedic time processing which is unique in itself and has thousands of benefits. In normal processing the nutrients for the product are lost, for example, atta and oil, atta prepared in modern chakki gets heated up and burns the nutrients but we have low rpm stone chakki just like the one our Dadi Nani maa used to have, and prepared atta with hands. In this low rpm chakki the wheat does not heat at all maintaining all the nutrients locked. And we have kachi ghani kohlu, just like the old bail kohlu, it does not heat at all, produces thick oil compared to expeller, and 60-70% of this oil is equal to 100% of expeller oil. In other words, the preparation which takes 1 liter of normal oil would take only 600-700ml of this oil as this oil expands. Its purity is unmatchable.
