Kachi Ghani Cold Press or Wooden Press is an old technique used by our grand and great grandparents to extract the purest form of oil. This technique is popularly known as Bail(OX) Kolhu now replaced in same way by machinery. When oil is extracted by this method it does not heatup and non nutrient is lost, its thick as compared to one prepared from expeller and used 50% less for cooking. No adultration at any cost.
