Thank you for shopping with Ahaarkart. We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, this document explains our process for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation: Words with an initial capital letter have specific meanings, whether used in singular or plural form.

Definitions:

• Application: The Ahaarkart mobile app or web platform operated by us.
• Company: Refers to Ahaarkart (also referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).
• Goods: Products listed for sale through our service.
• Order: A request placed by you to purchase Goods from Ahaarkart.
• Service: The Ahaarkart application, website, and related services.
• You: The customer placing an order with Ahaarkart, either as an individual or on behalf of an organization.

2. Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 45 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

The cancellation period ends 45 days after:

• The date you received your Goods, or
• The date a third party (other than the delivery carrier) accepted the Goods on your behalf.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, with no additional fees.

3. Conditions for Returns

• Goods must have been purchased within the last 45 days.
• Goods must be in their original packaging and unused.

Items that cannot be returned include:

• Custom or personalized products.
• Perishable goods or items with an expired date.
• Products not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons, once unsealed.
• Items that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Returning Goods

You are responsible for covering the shipping cost and risk for returning items. Please send returns to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service, as we cannot process a refund without proof of delivery.

5. Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned product is received, a gift voucher will be issued to you.

If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the person who made the purchase.
